What Happens in Church, Stays There

Another article by an "expert" tells us that those who claim faith (Islam, Judaism, Christian) rarely live out the practical tenets of their faith in their lives.

At the end of his article, he quotes from a speech by a Duke University sociologist- "What happens in church, mainly stays in church."

This breaks my heart because this means that once again the world believes:

1) The church is a building/place, not a group of people.

2) The people who claim to follow, mostly don't.

3) The things they say they believe they don't live out.

Jesus said, "You are the salt of the earth; but if the salt loses its flavor, how shall it be seasoned? It is then good for nothing but to be thrown out and trampled underfoot by men." Matt. 5:13.

Encourage one another to live it out-many don't. One day we CAN show Christ's light to the world.
